Where’ve you been?
It appears as though March started, we were all doing our Burpees and then COVID-19 came ashore and since it has, that’s all anyone has talked about. Let’s take care to not let quarantine and curfew allow us to not maintain our fitness goals or make us go sideways (see what I did there?).
Let me take this time to encourage you to follow the protocols laid out by our leaders and do your best to keep yourself and your family safe.
So here now is April, with 30 days (29 really, cause I’m a day late) of ab movements. This month we’ll do Russian Twists and the V-Up.
