Cometh March, cometh something new.

If you’ve been following me on any kind of social media then by now you should be aware that the year 2020 is all about movement and activity. I'm encouraging everyone I know and even those I do not know to Follow Me to Fitness this year and each month I will challenge you with movement of some kind.
 
I started in December with running/walking 1K everyday.
 
January was the skipping challenge.
 
February is the squat challenge, 100 per day.

February’s Challenge

If you visit this blog regularly, you would know that this year is all about movement and making ourselves better, with small changes in our lifestyle. These monthly challenges are aimed at getting us moving and to develop a kind of regular activity that will benefit us.

So for February I wanted to choose another exercise that is bodyweight focused and easy on the pockets.

We Did It  

There was no going alone.

Well I challenged myself to run every day in December and I did it. As I look back through my running app, at all the activities logged I’m amazed.

The End Is In Sight! 

A journey of discovery.

I challenged myself. I stepped up to this challenge unsure of if I would be able to commit to something that I am not keen about, running.

Now here I am, 28 runs logged with just two more to log and almost an entire month of running behind me. To say that I have surprised myself is a massive understatement.
