Cometh March, cometh something new.
If you’ve been following me on any kind of social media then by now you should be aware that the year 2020 is all about movement and activity. I'm encouraging everyone I know and even those I do not know to Follow Me to Fitness this year and each month I will challenge you with movement of some kind.
I started in December with running/walking 1K everyday.
January was the skipping challenge.
February is the squat challenge, 100 per day.
